About KUSOED
The Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED) is one of the seven Schools of Kathmandu University with a mission to transform education and society through educational excellence.
KUSOED is composed of four departments and three functional centers, each dedicated to fostering academic growth and innovation. The school offers a wide range of programs, such as B Tech Ed in Information Technology, Post-Graduate Diploma, Master, MPhil, and PhD, catering to the diverse needs of its students.
With over 800 current students and more than 1900 graduates, KUSOED has made significant strides in the field of education. The school is known for its community-driven and needs-based teacher education programs, which are designed to be impactful for their workplaces.
KUSOED calls for admissions into MPhil and PhD programs in November/December and Bachelor and Master programs in May/June. We also run a university teacher education program for those who aspire to be trained faculty for higher educational institutions. You can check this out on our website.
