The ground-breaking ceremony of the Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences, Mental Health Research Center was held on 15 February 2022, at Dhulikhel Batase Danda. The ceremony marked the construction of the 605-meter square which is planned to be completed within 18 months. The building is designed by KU-Center for Educational Design (CED).
