Three newly graduated students from Kathmandu University’s Department of Architecture Shreya Tuladhar, Supriya Bhuju, and Sarahana Shrestha have been honored with the SCAEF Young Architect Excellence Award 2025, a leading national recognition for emerging architectural talent.

The award, presented by the Society of Consulting Architectural and Engineering Firms (SCAEF) Nepal, celebrates exceptional academic performance, dedication, and potential among recent B.Arch. graduates across the country. It aims to inspire young architects to contribute to Nepal’s development through responsible and innovative design.

Each university nominates its top recent graduates, from which the SCAEF jury selects the most deserving candidates. The evaluation considers academic excellence along with personal dedication and overall potential.

This achievement highlights both the hard work of the award recipients and the continued academic strength of Kathmandu University's architecture program.
